Privacy Policy

• Contact details you give MTL: name, email address, phone number and property address.
• Details about your project: notes you send, photos and measurements your MTL Project Manager takes during an inspection, and documents you share.
• Basic website usage data such as pages visited and the device and browser used.

When you pay MTL online, your payment is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. You enter your card or bank details on Stripe's secure payment pages. MTL does not receive or store your full card number or bank account number. MTL receives a confirmation of the payment and the amount, date and payment method type (for example, card or bank transfer). Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy (opens in a new tab).

• To schedule and confirm your inspection and keep you informed about your project.
• To prepare inspection reports, estimates and agreements.
• To prepare documentation for your insurance carrier when you ask MTL to.
• To improve the website.

MTL does not sell your information.

If you tick the consent box on the inspection request form, MTL will send you text messages about your inspection request, such as appointment confirmations, reminders and links to your inspection reports. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call 512-710-5432 or email mark@mtlconstructionservices.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent collected by MTL are used only to communicate with you about your inspection and project. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business and deliver your project:

• Stripe: payment processing
• Google (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts and Google Drive): scheduling, email, contacts, and storage of inspection photos and reports
• Quo: business phone, text messages and call logs
• Supabase and Lovable: hosting and storage for MTL's project management system
• Anthropic (Claude): drafting report text from inspection notes

These providers may only use your information to perform services for MTL. MTL shares inspection documentation with your insurance carrier only at your request, and MTL may disclose information when the law requires it. MTL does not sell customer information.

Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to customer information is limited to MTL staff who need it to do their work, and is protected by password sign-in. MTL does not sell customer information.

MTL keeps project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, warranty and accounting obligations, then deletes or anonymizes them.

You can ask MTL to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing mark@mtlconstructionservices.com or calling 512-710-5432.

Texas residents have the right to confirm whether MTL processes their personal data, access that data, correct inaccuracies, delete it, and obtain a copy of it in a portable format. To make a request, email or call MTL as described above. MTL will respond within 45 days, and may extend that once by 45 days with notice to you. If MTL denies your request, you can appeal by replying to the denial email. If your appeal is denied, you can contact the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov (opens in a new tab).

If a security breach affects personal information MTL holds, MTL will notify affected people and, where required, the Texas Attorney General, as Texas law requires.

MTL's services are for adults. MTL does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
